Deploys a Mine with the caller as initial owner and permanent fee source. The caller must expose protocolFeeRecipient() and protocolFeeBps() for paid mining.

Parameters

coin: Coin minted as mining emission.
emissionConfig: Immutable schedule validated by the Mine constructor.
fund: Fund forbidden from becoming a mining beneficiary.
resonanceRouter: Initial destination for mining revenue; the Mine owner may replace it for future payments.
usdg: Token used to pay for the mining slot.
