Deploys a zero-supply Coin with the caller as its initial owner and minter. The caller sets metadata and transfers ownership separately from permanently binding the minter to Mine.

Parameters

creator: Creator address included in the deployment salt.
creatorNonce: Creator-scoped nonce included in the deployment salt.
name: Display name of the new Coin.
symbol: Ticker symbol of the new Coin.

coin: Newly deployed Coin.
