Creates a complete Fundcoin graph, locks all seed LP shares and optionally signals the creator grant.

Uses Uniswap V4 full-range liquidity. Supported base tokens are standard, non-rebasing ERC20s with at most 18 decimals. Mining uses USDG.

Public ABI: 36 functions, 8 events, 15 custom errors, 1 constructor, 0 receive entries, 0 fallback entries.

Creator approves only existing base tokens. Both Coin allocations are minted inside this transaction. Managed launches authorize the creator as the first manager; community launches allow all holders. The explicit Bribe share is configured atomically before liquidity, Strategies, and creator signal. Unused base is refunded; unneeded seed Coin is burned and recorded, never added to the creator grant.
