1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GlazeCorp protocol, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Protocol"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Protocol.

2. Description of Services

GlazeCorp is a decentralized protocol deployed on the Base blockchain that enables users to:

  • Mine DONUT tokens through proof-of-work mechanisms
  • Swap tokens via integrated decentralized exchange functionality
  • Participate in protocol governance through the DAO
  • Deploy and interact with franchise tokens via the Launchpad
  • Participate in token auctions

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. By using the Protocol, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and are not located in any jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency protocols is prohibited.

4. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks associated with using the Protocol:

  • Smart Contract Risk: The Protocol operates through smart contracts which may contain bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds.
  • Market Risk: The value of digital assets is highly volatile and may decrease significantly or become worthless.
  • Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations may change, potentially affecting your ability to use the Protocol or the value of tokens.
  • Technical Risk: Loss of private keys, wallet compromise, or blockchain network issues may result in permanent loss of access to your assets.
  • Impermanent Loss: Providing liquidity or participating in certain protocol mechanisms may result in impermanent loss.

Nothing in this Protocol constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions. GlazeCorp does not recommend or endorse any specific tokens, investments, or strategies.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Securing your wallet and private keys
  • Understanding the transactions you execute
  • Paying any applicable taxes on your transactions
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Conducting your own research before interacting with the Protocol

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Protocol for money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Attempt to exploit or attack the Protocol's smart contracts
  • Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities
  • Use bots or automated systems to gain unfair advantages over other users
  • Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

8. Intellectual Property

The GlazeCorp name, logo, and branding are proprietary. The Protocol's smart contracts are deployed on public blockchains and operate autonomously. Any open-source code is subject to its respective license terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PROTOCOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROTOCOL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE PROTOCOL AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLAZECORP AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PROTOCOL.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlazeCorp, its contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Protocol or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Protocol. Your continued use of the Protocol after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
