| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| fund token | The tradable token representing a share of a fund. After the genesis mint, issued only by its Mine; redeemable against its treasury. Written Coin when it names the contract. |
| Treasury | The ownerless treasury of a Coin. Holds assets only; anyone can burn the Coin it holds; pays withdrawals. |
| Mine | The contract that issues Coin through one hourly Dutch auction paid in USDG. Each fund has exactly one Mine. |
| Takeover | Paying the current price to take over a fund's Mine. Whoever takes it over becomes the current miner and earns the complete current Coin emission rate until someone else takes it over. |
| Tenure | One miner's time running the Mine, from taking it over until someone else takes it over. The emission rate is fixed for the tenure. |
| Epoch | One auction period. Starts on each successful takeover or fill, with a new id. The decay period ends when price reaches zero; the epoch continues until the next fill. |
| Emission | Coin earned by the current miner over time, at a rate that halves for newly started tenures on a fixed schedule. |
| USDG | The six-decimal token used for mining payments and strategy revenue. Auction buyers instead pay the strategy's chosen asset; demo deployments may use mock USDG. |
| Resonance | The registry of strategies. Receives routed USDG and streams it to live strategies in proportion to allocation weight over seven days. |
| ResonanceRouter | A buffer permanently paired with one Resonance. The Mine can be redirected to a different destination. Anyone can call it to forward its balance once conditions are met. |
| Strategy | An asset acquisition route represented by an Auction contract, which sells received USDG for its chosen payment token. |
| Payment token | The asset a strategy is pursuing. Buyers pay it; the treasury receives it. |
| Allocation | Coin escrowed one-for-one to put weight on strategies. Allocates capital (future revenue), without rebalancing existing treasury assets. |
| SignalCoin | The non-transferable receipt token minted for escrowed Coin; often written sCoin. Also an ERC20Votes token. |
| Allocation manager | In a manager-led fund, a wallet allowed to allocate. The controller owner can add or remove managers and clear a removed manager’s positions; opening to the community ends manager mode. |
| Bribe | The reward contract of one strategy. Streams each registered reward token to that strategy's allocators over seven days. |
| BribeRouter | The buffer that holds a strategy's allocation reward share of each sale until it can start a Bribe stream. |
| Bribe share | The portion of each strategy sale, in basis points, sent to the BribeRouter instead of the treasury. Zero to 20%. |
| FundController | The creator's administration contract. Initially owns the Coin, Mine, Resonance and LP token; exposes only typed actions. |
| Launchpad | The permissionless factory that creates Coin graphs and keeps the authoritative record of each. |
| Genesis liquidity | The creator’s deposit and the newly minted fund tokens that open a fund’s pool. Their LP tokens are locked forever. Earlier Uniswap V2 launches burned theirs. |
| Base asset | The token a fund token trades against in its pool, and the one the launch deposit is paid in. USDG unless the creator chose another. |
| Pool | The fund’s Uniswap V4 market for its fund token and base asset. Every trade in it pays the permanent fee chosen at launch (0.01%–10%), split 70% to the creator side and 30% to the protocol while protocol fees are enabled. |
| LP token | An ERC-20 share of a pool. Return it to withdraw your share of both tokens; it can also fill a fund’s LP auction. Written LP shares in the contracts. |
| GLAZE | The GlazeCorp token on Base and Robinhood Chain, which replaced DONUT. See GLAZE. |
| Effective supply | Total Coin supply plus emission that the current tenure has accrued but not yet minted. The denominator of every withdrawal. |
| Pull claim | An amount recorded for a beneficiary that anyone may trigger but only the beneficiary receives. Used for outgoing-miner, creator and protocol payments. |
| Kill | Irreversibly stopping a strategy from receiving new allocations or revenue. Existing allocations can be removed and rewards remain claimable. |
