Deploys a FundController owned by creator for one assembled launch. Coin, Mine, Resonance and LP-token configuration ownership must be transferred to the controller separately.

coin: Coin associated with the launch.
creator: Initial owner of the controller.
mine: Mine administered by the controller.
resonance: Resonance administered by the controller.
